本プライバシーポリシーは、macOS 用デスクトップアプリ NoteSpotter（以下「本アプリ」）の取り扱いについて定めたものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリは、Mac に接続された MIDI キーボード／電子ピアノからの演奏入力を Apple の CoreMIDI フレームワーク経由で受信し、五線譜・コードネーム・鍵盤ビジュアル・音名の4つの情報をリアルタイムに画面表示するためのツールです。すべての処理はお使いの Mac 内で完結します。
本アプリは、お客様の個人情報を一切収集しません。具体的には以下のとおりです。
本アプリが扱うデータは、お客様の Mac に接続された MIDI デバイスから受信する MIDI メッセージ（NoteOn／NoteOff／コントロールチェンジ／ピッチベンド等）のみであり、これらは Mac 内のメモリ上でのみ処理され、ディスクへの保存や外部への送信は行いません。アプリ終了時に破棄されます。
本アプリは、ユーザー設定（音名の表記方法、表示テーマ、選択された MIDI デバイス名など）をお客様の Mac 内（macOS 標準の UserDefaults／設定ファイル）に保存することがあります。これらは個人を特定する情報ではなく、外部に送信されることはありません。
本アプリには、有料機能のロックを解除するためのアプリ内課金（商品ID: com.cycle2012.NoteSpotter.premium）が含まれます。
購入処理は Apple の StoreKit を通じて行われ、お支払い情報（クレジットカード番号、Apple ID 等）はすべて Apple が管理します。本アプリの開発者がカード番号などの決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。

本アプリは通常、インターネット通信を行いません。例外として、アプリ内課金の購入・復元時にのみ、Apple の StoreKit／App Store サービスとの通信が発生します（これは Apple のフレームワークが内部で行うものです）。
本アプリは、解析・広告・クラッシュレポート等を目的とした第三者 SDK を一切使用していません。
本アプリは、13 歳未満の子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。年齢に関わらず、本アプリは個人情報を収集しません。
本アプリは個人情報を収集・送信しないため、当該データの漏えいリスクは構造的に発生しません。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページで告知し、上部の「最終更新日」を更新します。改定後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、改定後のポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。

This Privacy Policy describes how the macOS desktop app NoteSpotter (“the App”) handles your information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
The App is a desktop tool for macOS that receives MIDI input from a MIDI keyboard or digital piano connected to your Mac via Apple’s CoreMIDI framework, and visualizes the performance in real time through four views: musical staff, chord name, on-screen keyboard, and note names. All processing is performed entirely on your Mac.
The App does not collect any personal information. Specifically:
The only data the App processes is the MIDI messages (NoteOn/NoteOff, Control Change, Pitch Bend, etc.) received from MIDI devices connected to your Mac. These are handled in memory only, are never written to disk or transmitted to any external server, and are discarded when the App exits.
The App may store user preferences (such as the chosen note-name notation, display theme, and the name of the selected MIDI device) on your Mac using the standard macOS UserDefaults / preferences file. This data does not personally identify you and is never transmitted externally.
The App offers an In-App Purchase (Product ID: com.cycle2012.NoteSpotter.premium) to unlock premium features. All payment processing is handled by Apple via StoreKit. Apple manages your payment information (credit card number, Apple ID, etc.); the developer of this App never receives or stores your payment data. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for details.
The App does not normally make any internet connections. The only exception is communication with Apple’s StoreKit / App Store services during In-App Purchase or restore-purchase operations, which is performed internally by Apple’s framework.
The App does not use any third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or similar purposes.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not collect personal information from any user, regardless of age.
Because the App does not collect or transmit personal information, there is no structural risk of personal data leakage from this App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on this page and the “Last updated” date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
